I recently purchased Investing in Real Estate by McLean and Eldred because I am interested in getting into multi-unit property investment. The recommendations on Amazon indicated that it was full of the essential information and none of the fluff. So far I have to agree, there is a lot of information in there and it doesn't feel so much like a sales pitch. Anyone else have any other recommended reading?
